The Scalewatcher´s Product Line is designed by Jan P. de Baat Doelman a graduate from the University of Delft in The Netherlands and founder of B & D Ingenieursburo BV, Scalewatcher NL BV, Scalewatcher North America Inc, Scalewatcher Vietnam LTD and Scalewatcher (Thailand) Co., LTD. These companies are fully equipped to manufacture the full product line. All other manufacturing sources are illegal unless licensed by the owner.
All Scalewatcher units for household use carry a 10 year warranty on materials and workmanship. Commercial and Industrial units have an extended five year Warranty.
We guarantee that the Scalewatcher will work for you in accordance with our clearly stated performance guidelines. It will de-scale your existing system and prevent further hard water scale build up. If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Scalewatcher you are asked to contact us.
